studying for atpl exams
i've heard that the AeroC question book is great for preparing you for the saron exams but can anyone confirm if the questions on MET in the book are similar to the ones found on the samra exam? those are some hard questions.
Yes. A great study reference is the Air Weather Command Manual, it will pay off dividends in your preparation. Know too the MET section of the AIM, particularly the map symbols, issuing times & pertinence.

Wrote the SAMRA today and SARON a few weeks ago. Did pretty well. Mostly used the Sharper Edge ATPL book and refferences such as the Air Command Weather Manual and the TC AIM.
The exams aren't that difficult.

I found the Aerocourse books excellent. The seminar was very good aswell, Peter is an Amazing intructor. The question in the book are almost word for word on the test.
I was given the "other book" by you know who, its great to put in your survival kit to use as a fire starter.
