whoa there! I think he was just trying to get a bit of opinion from people. This could be usefull for people such as me who are looking for jobs or will be in the futre (soon to be apprentice).

Wings and Helicopter Magazine will be publishing their annual Salary and benefit report in their next issues. (July/August/Sept)

Depending on the area of maintenance you wish to enter, will dictate your salary on benefits.
