recency requirements

Post by jetboy1975 »

Can anyone simplify recency req's after long period away. Scenario - private pilot hasn't flown in over 10 years. What's req'd to get license back?

TC private exam and flight test?
Pstar and proficiency flight?

1) Get a Medical Certificate.

2) Write the PSTAR exam.

3) Complete flight review with a licensed Flight Instructor.

4) Have licensed Flight Instructor certify your logbook having completed the flight review.
