Penair in YHM can do it in about 1 month and 10k if you can commit the time. Plane availability is good. PM for more details. Airport infrastructure is good as well (NDB, LOC, ILS, GPS) approaches at the field. DFTE on staff.

If you're in Niagara Region check out Welland Aero. They operate a very well equipped twin comanche and only 5min by air from KIAG, KBUF, CYSN, CYHM. Good variety of approaches including GPS to home base and experience with US procedures.

If you have the time to invest and have done the IFR book work you should be able to get one done anywhere in a month or under. I think it took me 4 days of flying before I had my multi done. Keep in mind during this time of year...not everyday is a flying day.

Burlington is good...same with Guelph..think they have a Seminole and a Seneca as well as two sims on-line. The Hammer is good too....seminole if I'm not mistaken. All three above are cheaper than anyone in the
T-Dot .

Actually guelph has only a seminole for training purposes, they do carry a navago but that is for survey flying by the company ...
as for GTA I think you should try Ilsand air in YTZ you will love flying the aztec , its Big , heavy , and sweet and 10 hours will cost about the same as if you were renting 10 hours on 37 NG....

Actually the seminole was in CYKZ yesterday getting some radio work done. I spoke to them briefly and it's still on-line, as is their Seneca. Yes there is a Navajo, as well as a 337 used for survey. The Seminole is around $45 cheaper, the Seneca is $255/hr, which is still $35/hr under the islands Aztec acording to their website. Flight instructor cost are the same I believe.

Take the car, drive 4 hours to Cornwall and do it there. If it's a renewal 2 days. If it's an initial 5-7. (weather depending of course)
