Whats the bottom line dirt cheap (and i mean cheap!!!) aircraft for rent that is available in Canada?
please help.

(very very poor and low on cash for the time being) :(

your best bet for cheap is probably to find somewhere that will sell a large block of time, unless you aren't looking for alot of time. Keep in mind when you are looking for cheap, sometimes you get what you pay for.

1) Local flying club: find guy who owns airplane but rarely flies it.
2) Offer to pay money in exchange for flight time.

Sounds like you are willing "to go anywhere in Canada." If it is serious block time building you are wanting, keep your options open beyond Canada. The United States has some places that do "I won't be undersold" type of prices, and a licence validation is relatively easy and straight forward. Depending on how much time you want to build, I understand that Argentina has a good fleet of GA airplanes-- the country's economic crisis has driven rental rates into the bargain basement-- probably the cheapest rates in the Americas.
