Navajo For IFR renewal?

Post by Meathead »

Hey, It has been nearly ten years since my last IFR flight training, and I need a renewal right now. I had heard that their was someone in Alberta that did an IFR Endorsement In a Navajo? Is this true and if so do any of you know who this may be so I could look into it a little further. Any other IFR renewal Advise would be apriciated.'

Thanks.

I think that outfit in Red Deer did PA-31 IFR renewals but they crashed their plane a while back.

Not sure of anyone else. But if you want to just renew why waste your cash on a ho? Do it on the cheapest machine you can find...

Yeah don't waste your time looking for a navajo... just get it back...

If its been that many years since you've been current it probably will take at least a few flights. I'm sure the mind is will but the body needs to (get back to) be able

PS remember you have to rewrite the INRAT if your IFR is expired for longer than two years

Do it on something cheaper and slower if its been 10 years. Also find somewhere that has some sort of sim and fly the crap out of that before you hit the plane again.[/code]

Thanks all for the replies. I'll end up just doing with whichever place has the best prices around YYC, I got some friends there I can Stay with. Thanks for the help.
