Nice shots but how come the two Chev's on the left are missing in the second shot...things that make you go Hmmm.

Though so as well but upon closer inspection they are from different passes. Check the cloud formations, they do not move that fast. Also in 1972 unless it was a pro photographer it would be difficult to take two frames that close together on the same pass as winding of the camera would have been manual. In fact even most pros would not have used a power winder back then. Another thing to point out is the roof section in the second photo shows considerable more damage than the first. I think the whole roof section looks to be be caving in. Which leads me to believe there was ample time to move the vehicles.

thansk guys, the town of lynn lake is very very quiet right now, not much happening. when the ice is gone and TWA start flying again, hopefully things will pick up.

thansk for the info on the plane, they were lucky to have the water bomber in town that day or it could have been a good forest fire.
