I sort of feel bad for those that have not made the mile high club.
So,,,,ladies, I have turned by basement bathroom into a mile high simulator, complete with a qualified instructor (me). All training includes one hour of wine tasting a full video recorded sessions.
PM me for details
Gents: Sorry, but for now this is ladies only. I do hope in the near future to hire Suzzy Sleazo as an instructor and we will be able to offer her services at an airport near you. Stay tuned

May 22 1993. BE-76 after late night arrival at YOW. Fortunately the RCMP only drive down the nearby taxiway on their occasional inspection.
June 19 1993. Piper Arrow. Less than 1 mile above the ground.
YHU-YOW. No autopilot therefore no full service. Much safer than when driving down the highway.

Did I ever tell you that you're my hero? Besides it doesn't matter how many or how few hours you have, the cockpit is not the place to be banging some airwhore.trey kule wrote:N2 wrote:
dont worry N2, when you learn to fly as well as the rest of us you will not be to busy to enjoy the rarer pleasures of flight.Too busy flying the airplane for that crap.....and besides no piece is worth the risk of turning into a lawn dart.
As for flying as good as you, geze do you think that will ever be possilbe for me? After all I have only owned my plane for almost 17 years now so I am ready to go solo I think!
Putting money into aviation is like wiping before you poop....it just don't make sense!

You must be kidding me...busy flying the airplane? Get high enough trim it out and your good to go. Some planes even have auto pilots then your really good.
January 4 2005 for me and it was the most fun I have ever had in an airplane.
But I don't wanna be a wanna be, I wanna be a Pilot

Besides your eyes should be looking out for traffic, poor pilot skills if you ask me!

I remember reading about something like this in an old Flying magazine, found it...dhc-t2 wrote:Wouldn't that be a sight if NTSB found a smoking hole in the ground & two bodies locked together with underwear around your ankles...

The docket is stored on NTSB microfiche number 46312.
14 CFR Part 91: General Aviation
Accident occurred Monday, December 23, 1991 in RAINBOW LAKE, FL
Probable Cause Approval Date: 5/5/1993
Aircraft: PIPER PA-34-200T, registration: N47506
Injuries: 2 Fatal.
THE PRIVATE PILOT AND A PILOT RATED PASSENGER WERE GOING TO PRACTICE SIMULATED INSTRUMENT FLIGHT. WITNESSES OBSERVED THE AIRPLANE'S RIGHT WING FAIL IN A DIVE AND CRASH. EXAMINATION OF THE WRECKAGE AND BODIES REVEALED THAT BOTH OCCUPANTS WERE PARTIALLY CLOTHED AND THE FRONT RIGHT SEAT WAS IN THE FULL AFT RECLINING POSITION. NEITHER BODY SHOWED EVIDENCE OF SEATBELTS OR SHOULDER HARNESSES BEING WORN. EXAMINATION OF THE INDIVIDUALS' CLOTHING REVEALED NO EVIDENCE OF RIPPING OR DISTRESS TO THE ZIPPERS AND BELTS.
The National Transportation Safety Board determines the probable cause(s) of this accident as follows:
THE PILOT IN COMMAND'S IMPROPER INFLIGHT DECISION TO DIVERT HER ATTENTION TO OTHER ACTIVITIES NOT RELATED TO THE CONDUCT OF THE FLIGHT. CONTRIBUTING TO THE ACCIDENT WAS THE EXCEEDING OF THE DESIGN LIMITS OF THE AIRPLANE LEADING TO A WING FAILURE.

N2
Apparently N2 is soo busy flying, he has missed the finer things in life.
July 2000, 172 over lake Okanagan, 6500ft
nothin wrong with a little "air cone" now and then.
Loosen up N2, after 17 years of owning that plane you should try and break it in sometime, if your not too "busy" on the stick that is!
Almost forgot, With autopilot, anyone here who flew with carson air should know the plane!
