I was there last year any was very impressed with his operation. The owner seams to be a great guy. And from what I hear he really treats his pilots well if they work hard. It is definitely a place worth working at.
Bill is pretty old school, but a good guy to work for. If you work hard and treat customers with respect, you will do really good there. He gave me my first job and I learned a lot up there.
I agree with the above - Bill is a great guy (oldschool, yes) and easy to get along with. He will only hire you if he knows you are right for the job and demands a lot from his pilots - but the pilots are treated very well. Operation is run very well from my understanding but I haven't worked for JAS - but known two of his former guys pretty well.
Definitely worth looking into if you are interested.
I knew two guys that worked there last summer, and one of those still works for him. Overall they seemed pretty happy with the work, they got treated well, flew lots. Sounds like a decent place to get a job.
He used to hire at least a couple grads from Con College every year. I know two guys that went there after grad and they both had good things to say about it.

He hired two guys last year too. Both got flying pretty quickly.
I've known Billy Jackson for almost 30 years when we both flew in Buffalo Narrowas with Athabaska. He is a real gentleman runs a tidy op and is a good guy to work for
