Cost sharing

So, I could take oil and gas money and landing fees but not hangarage fees..

What would your opinion be on pre-heat fee's could those be cost shared??

Also, if you go to another airport, when they say "hangarage" do you think that includes tie-downs at this new/different airport??

Also, last question, with

"the holder conducts the flight for purposes other than hire or reward;"

If you get tipped after, or they buy you lunch is that reward? But technically that was incidental revenue you recieved and you had no expectation for such reward and thus the flight wasn't done for that purpose(banking on a tip/free meal)...??

LoL, the defense witness, TC inspector 1 "yes I interpret CARs to mean you can get tipped, get paid for the ramp fees, etc"

Prosecution expert witness TC inspector #2 "oh, no, I don't think those items are included.."

LoL.. Star witness Cat Driver.... " "

All that text, all those pages in CARs and they can't make it cut and dry....

Cat's been fined(or they attempted to) right??

What's the process when one TC inspector fines/charges you in violation, and you want to "fight" the accusation? Who do you call? What do you do.. =(
