Taxes

Just finished my taxes for the 2006 year and after working for 10 months at Jazz last year, I have to pay over $1200 to the government....This seems really high as I thought that Jazz takes enough money out of your monthly pay so that in the end we would not have to pay more taxes.

Check your last pay stub of 2006 vs t4.Ceridian is known to mess things up.

Do they eventually reconcile their mistakes or do we have to catch it ourselves and present it.

If there is a mistake, I would let them know.They probably will catch it eventually, but who knows.Last year I received two corrected T4's.

How do I know which one is wrong?

Best to check the T4(s) against what you have on your last pay stub for 06... Did you deduct dues and pension contributions???

Hi Guys. I have yet to get my T-4's. Were they on the mailbox in the grew rooms?
