I see Shell and the County have partenered to widen and lengthen this little strip so Shell can fly the Dornier in.

Any idea if there will be a staffed FBO or larger fuel dispensing facilities?

there is no plans for a staffed fbo as of yet but that will change the first time that a pilot falls off a 10 foot ladder attemptin to fuel a 328 and breaks his leg on the ramp and all the people are stuck there while shell scrambles to get an ambulance and another pilot to fly the bird out of there.

P.S. who ever designed the fueling system on a 328 is a dumbass. it is the easist system to use in the worst position on a plane.

The operator you are talking about had assets seized about 3 years ago.

He made a run from creditors and is living in the Northwestern U.S.

This is great news! I am thrilled to hear that this monopoly that ERAA has on the airports around Edmonton has a little glitch in the system. ( oops - they missed one... ) I hope Josephburg thrives.
