I understand the company has purchased the rights from Viking Air to manufacture the straight board skis for them. Going to be based out of Toronto Island for hauling ski bunnies up to Blue Mountain and Mont Tremblant.

Ski's are so old school ,they should put them on a giant Snowboards .
Totally rad dude way up and far in baby .
Ya snowboards should get the young crowd to the hills quicker than you can say "mine 's a pint of what she's drinking"
Borek has the stc for the retractabled float equipped -8 -Q400. These telescoping floats fit nicely inside the oversized nac's, and expand telescopically as they extend and the bleed air charge hits them like a ton of bricks to do the longditudinal extension mode. It has a bad tendency to porpoise but aside from that, one hell of a machine and there are no worries of tail strikes

Bubbaganoosh is right with the slight correction that porposing is only an issue on the Whipline floats. The CAPs are preffered for big water when the Q400 is operated in the Indian Ocean.

To Anyone who attended Coastal Pacific in the era of 2000 ish.....
Fubu 5 would be so proud of this dash 8 talk.
This chap (MP) in flight school swore he flew an amphib dash 8 back to BC from Oshcosh. Swore on it to his life..... maybe he wasnt lying and was really just the first test pilot or something.
