Any one have any experience on the interviews for westjet in their maintenance department

Just be yourself. Put on a fake jig and they'll see right through you.

I work in Westjet Mtce

They use the STAR system or behaviorial interviews. Tell us a story when this happened (kind of interview)....

No questions about technical stuff except I was asked what the difference between a Service Bulletin and an Airthorthiness Directive.

Actually, there is lots in my department - Planning that don't have a background in maintenance.
