NavCanada CAPs Monthly subscription
Ok... So for the last many years, I get my monthly CAPs in the mail... All good.
A few days ago, I get a delivery notice from Fedex saying there was a delivery which I was not home for. Today I drive to the 'local' Fedex (read, 90 minutes round trip, 2 dollars in parking)(convient to, open Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm) to get my package. I show my ID, sign... and I am given a terminal chart and LO. Ok... why was this not just dropped off in the box as before--Sir, it's regestered mail and therefore requires a signature... Ok--why is it regestered, it never was before... I don't know sir, you will have to contact NavCanda.
So, I'm in the process of calling them (they were closed when I called).
Just my daily rant!

I noticed they are now in an envelope instead of a box but i didn't realise they were not normal canada post.
Mine were damaged, so i called them. They are sending me new ones but their answer was "no one else has complained".
So if you charts are not in the pristine condition they used to be when they were wrapped and boxed, please call and complain.
The phone number for the publications department is 1.866.731.7827

NavCanada called me the next day. They said it was sent regestered because it was printed late and they wanted to ensure I got them before the effective date. In the future, it will be regular mail... Fair enough.
Kinda funny that I got them a week later because I did not have time to get them from downtown... but anyway.
Cheers,
