Trying Again after PFO

Has anyone gotten a PFO from Jazz and then re-applied?

I interviewed in September. I got a PFO shortly after. It did not mention about re-applying, or an restriction from trying again.

I am thinking about re-applying. Anyone have any expereince with this?
