Apparently you didn't get the memo. Oh gawd ... he didn't get the memo!
They didn't slash your interline benefits ... you company didn't conform to the new ticket policy. They moved to a paper less system and sent out information to all interline companies about it. Its not there problem ... its your companies problem for not keeping up on the changes. That information was out to all interline companies last summer. Oh and they didn't slash them ... they are suspended until the changes are made.
Talk to the person in-charge of your Zed program.

The contract for z-fare with certain companies will stay current, your company's reservation system must simply be upgraded so it can list interline via online. Paper tickets are no longer accepted. If you can't you got no choice but to suspend it or spend a few bucks to upgrade the res system. This will be a good way to see which company gives a crap about it's employees!
