Jazz Hiring

Post by Johnny Reb »

How long have people been waiting recently to hear from jazz following their interview. I was told I would know within two weeks and it is now a week later and I have heard nothing. Is this a good sign, bad sign or does it mean nothing?

What are the course dates coming up and how long do people think this hiring will continue?

Thanks
Johnny

I had a friend wait 4 weeks after the interview before he was called back for the sim. They are currently filling the April 16th groundschool.

Has anyone gotten PFO'd after the Jazz sim eval? Is it common for them to only choose a couple of folks out of a group?

To answer your first question. Definetly. Sim eval has as much weight as the interview. I heard of one case (here on Avcanada) that one individual goe turned down after going through the whole process. (Interview, sim, Med.) My guess was s/he must have gotten a bad reference.

Second question: Does not seem to be the case. They are mainly looking to se if you are trainable, and that you won't cause to many headaches at Jazz. I was chatting with a trg guy once. He mentioned that one night, they did sim evals and hired everyone. Where a week earlier they only took 2 out of 6.

Good luck with you interview
