Question about Niagara Air Tours Ltd.
I have an interview with Niagara Air Tours and was wondering what the interview process is like.
I already read the previous thread on them and got some info but nothing on what to expect during the interview.
Any new info on the company is also appreciated.
Thanks.

I worked there years ago as sight-see pilot and the interview wasn't much at the time.
They gave a scenerio that the cross-winds for the day were about 25 knots and basically asked if it would be good to go(for the sight-seeing flights not instructing)....say yes-no problem and they;ll like that answer.
They liked personable people that they think will get along with co-workers so come across as friendly and out-going.
Hope it all helps!

Remember, it's a new owner this year so who knows what it will be.
Word on the street is he's a real stickler and the interview actually involves cognitive testing, a Sim Eval (done in the back room on Microsoft Flight Simulator 98 and a Pentium 2) and a medical test (I think the medical involves washing a 206)
Good Luck!

no bs man...give the guys what you know only:)
when I was there it was sit-down, chat for a couple of minutes and that was it....I got to aks them about their ops/pay/sched and got a call few days after.
we used to get 'type-training' (3hrs on each a/c type....C172/206/207) and 1 hr in the Restricted airspace mandated by TC since its a 703 ops.
You usually start off on 172 and in a week or so jump on 206/207. Oh yeah, and you must swallow your pride and wear 4 bars and a tie
Mind you, its a new owner...so all this could be wrong, but I doubt you will sit in a FS simulator
Good Luck!

So I guess they dont hire from those flight colleges that restrict you from flying when it is more then a 5kt not crosswind?
