Jazz Commuter Passes (6mo)

Post by EyeOh »

I heard that if hired you get commuter passes for 6months until your full pass benifits kick in. Are these free? If not what is the cost?

What you're talking about is a special exemption granted only to the employee until the regular passes kick in. It's the same travel benefit, with the same cost as regular passes. You're looking at about 25$ - 40$ per round trip depending on where you're coming from or going to. And for the your first 6 months, you can only fly from your domicile to your base and that's it.

Just thought of another questions regarding that. Are those positive space or standby? Posi would sure take a ton of stress out!

Not only are they standby but they are also in order of seniority. If you are really junior you could have a tough time getting around depending on where you are going. Most flights have been pretty full the last little while.
