Training Agreements

Post by Plim Sole »

Has anyone walked away from a training agreement (the one where you promise to stay for a couple of years or hand over a large amount of cash) and not been sued by the company?
Anyone fought it in court and won?
Anyone fought it in court and lost?

Not looking for a debate on the morality of walking away.

Looking for the cold hard truth.

Thanks

I see your user name is in fact quite correct!

If I had found the answers I was looking for via the search engine I wouldn't have made the post in the 1st place.

If you don't have anything helpful to supply then please don't bother making any other posts in this topic.

Thanks

Nice attitude for a newbie - maybe take politeness lessons then call us back.

Nice. Plim Sole....nice troll! This topic had been beat to death. By far brighter souls than you. If you were dumb enough to sign something, and you walk away, I hope they sue your useless, dishonest ass! And if you "promised" to stay with a "hand-shake" then you're even worse. Can you say "MAGGOT"?
