A good place for conversions would be Pro IFR or Pacific Flight club both at Boundary Bay (CZBB)...

Be sure to call Transport Canada ahead to see exactly what you need to do and what the conversion process is.

Beautiful area.... Good choice!

I have experience with every FTU at ZBB and the best by a longshot is pro.

If you look east, Langley Flight School is excellent.

Pro IFR at zbb is by far your best option, highly trained staff, many aircraft, certified GPS units and a generally good program. added bonus is that zbb is a busy airport so you get lots of experience in class C ops

Pro IFR and Skyquest are both great schools. I enjoyed training out of Langley with the shorter airstrip. You don't need 7000 ft for circuits in a 172.

I would recommend Coastal Pacific Aviation in Abbotsford. The are very professional and the quality of training is very high. You can get more info from a lady by the name of Marion there.

Pro IFR is really good, however they are really busy right now and Instructor and plane availablity is an issue.
