is the piss test true?

Anyone know if the questions are aircraft related or just personal?
I really want to work there, I'm in halifax, interview would be for YHZ.

yes you have to pee into a bottle if youve smoked any dope in the past 12 months you're out.

If they have confirmed an interview with you, stop smoking grass immediately, go to a local hemp shop and buy a bottle of detox or flush supplement. This stuff works wonders. Riggers use it all the time. You can also drink a lot of cranberry juice, supposedly it is a natural detoxifier. They will most likely outsource the piss test to a clinic and will arrange a date and time, so the day of just drink tons of fluids, anything, coffee, water whatever. This will dilute your urine, increasing your chances even more of passing.

Above all, don't let the naysayers get you down, a person should have the right to indulge in a little grass every once and a while. It is no worse then alcohol.

legalize it.

Did the Jazz interview in Halifax about a year ago. Most of the questions were personal, personal experiences and how you would deal with co-worker problems.

that's pretty straight forward then.
Thought they might ask an ATA code or two. An basic safetying procedures.

Yes I did get a call back, did the piss test and the medical and was offered employment but did not take the offer.
Mostly due to the fact that Jazz has no line maintenance in Halifax only heavy checks on the Dash and RJ 705.
The pay scale was also not that great for a licenced guy with experience.

bahhh...just drink a boat-load of water and yes cranberry juice helps too. the medical is a joke really as long as you can pass the urine test. they seem to have a real crusade against pot-smokers. the ceo of the company is a bone-smoker and in my opinion thats worse...

i heard a dirty rumor that they don't hire guys right out of school.. that they wanted guys with license or who are dam close to gettin one.. also heard that they are gonna hire 4 guys this time. Anyone have an idea of how many dam people they interviewed or how long they keep resumes on file?? been there 2 times for interviews and they are not that bad.. mostly silly hr situational questions and a couple from robert work related.

well they just came to my school to do interviews tues.
So i'm hoping they hire outta school.
the 4 hire's is what DoM RW said, guess it's true.

nope.. and its been over a month but one of my references did say they called last week.. at imp now.. pays not bad.. don't have to really do work and the 7 30 to 4 is good.. with ot i can make alot more at imp.. but the benifits suck.. and does one really want to get stuck in the imp trap.
