Brampton Flight Centre
I was wondering if anybody can offer me their opinion on Brampton Flight Centre. I am looking into the possiblity of working for them and am curious to hear from other instructors about their opperation.
What kind of hours can i expect to get per month?
How are the other people to work with?
How are the students?
Thanks for your help!

-Same as anywhere else, some are friendly and some aren't. Think about it, it's got it's own anti-BFC site, so alot of politics there.
-Lots of asians. J/K, well not really.
BFC is a pretty good place to work. Right now we are short on instructors so everybody is pretty busy. The CFI is a good guy. Because it is a large school and answers to a board, (as opposed to a single owner), there is a bit less politics (compared to other schools). That is to say that who flies what depends less on brown nosing and more on policy/merit. As for the students, well they're students; I've found they don't change much from school to school. PM me if you want to know more.
As for the antiBFC website, that was started by a guy that owns a hanger/ aircraft on the field. He was miffed at some stuff the board did. He was not an instructor or student, so his gripes haven't got anything to do with the people you'll be working with.

im currently a student at BFC. there will be alot of hiring this spring/summer, and the place is so busy, especially weekends (you have to book flights 2 weeks before otherwise there is a 95% chance you wont get planes on weekends). ever since i started at bfc, ive noticed that alot of instructors have left for other jobs and very soon there will be a shortage. its a good oppurtunity for people looking for instructor positions, so apply asap if you got the qualifications. good luck.
