GFT Instructing

Anybody shed some light as to what its like to teach in gander, lots of students? weather wise too, doesnt seem like NL gets alot of VFR days, but then again, i dont study the weather network, any info is good, thanks.

Growing population of students. Overseas contracts are coming hence the need for instructors. WX in YQX is usually very good, YYT not usually good. Pay is about standard, maybe a little below but the cost of living is cheaper too. New building, still renovations being made, new lecture classrooms and so on. Work hard and you'll be fine, don't and you wont last. Opportunity to move on to 703 and 704 for the right candidate. This help?

weather in YQX is no where near as good as the mainland but yes it is better... WAY BETTER than YYT
