Is that in any way humorous, informative or entertaining? May I respectfully request that you keep violent clips like that to yourself in the future? If not a warning would be apreciated.

Sorry, just not a big fan of long drawn out deaths. (I'm having to assume since I closed it after about 3 seconds)

I thought it was informative, kind of like National Geographic but with a shaky crappy camera.

Excellent post Haz. Northern Ontario is very over populated with bears since the folks in the south, under the leadership of Robert Schad of the Schad Foundation threatened Mike Harris with their votes if the spring bear hunt wasn't stopped. The bear hunt kept the bear population at an exceptable level and also brought much needed tourist dollars to the north. The same people who voted to end the hunt , now say they can't bear to watch this video. We have had a number of people killed and injured by bear attacks, too bad we don't have a video of that for the folks in the south to watch. Our moose population is dropping rapidly and bears are a factor as they like to kill and eat newborn moose calves. The Ontario Gov has spent millions on bearproof garbage recepticals and bear-wise programs to educate the northern people on how to live with the dangers of bear over population instead of reinstating the hunt. Videos like this should be required viewing before you are allowed to vote on issues that you know nothig about. Here's to the Schad Foundation and all the SOCS, thanks for f#%k all.

It should read "Brown Bear steals dead moose." The killing had already been done.

That moose is alive on the first video. There are other videos in this line-up that show bears ripping apart defenceless, newborn calves. Watch them all if you can, then send your donations to the Schad Foundation.

i don't know, but you need to sign up to see this clip... and even if you were a member yet, you still need to push the "confirm" button...

Just for the record, when this thread first went up it hadn't been flagged by youtube yet, so there was no warning.

I will admit that I don't know jack about the bear hunt. I've never voted in Ontarion so it's not something I've ever had a say about. And I'm not silly enough to think that nature is a violence free zone either (grew up on an Alberta farm) but that's done out of neccessity, not for entertainment.

For those of you who find this entertaining I will leave this thread to you for your daily giggles. I only wanted a warning attached, so thanks for that and have fun entertaining yourselves with death.
