Wow. Can you imagine what kind of force would be required to "roll" that aircraft off the gate? Me thinks there is more to the story.

Human error + gravity = 1 incident

Plane is back in service and the pax delayed to LHR were delayed a few hours. No injuries, no significant damage.

apparently not true. it is out of service until at least tomorrow. there is a puncture in the fuselage.

apparently not true. it is out of service until at least tomorrow. there is a puncture in the fuselage.
Funny. I taxied right by it this evening as it made its way to the rwy. Who cares.

Funny. I taxied right by it this evening as it made its way to the rwy. Who cares.

Let me guess: Aroung 18:00 EDT, Flt 422 from YYZ to YUL. I was on that airplane, and it was Fin 732 (smelled really new). Fin 731 is still in the hanger.

It also caused a mess in London.

I walked into LHR all fat dumb and happy thinking no problem this time.

Only to find a poor set of agents trying to make a 777 load fit into a 767.

2 bumps later I finally managed to sneak onto the LHR-YUL flight.

Had to take many shots from the LHR staff about the "cowboy" way we
are over in Canada.

Now pass the crumpets there Skippy, thats a good lad !!!!! :wink:
