Eat a 32oz porterhouse..
The Riverfest is fun if it is on when you are there.
Drive to Hutchinson to the space museum. Small but worth the effort.
There used to be a "granny grab" there years ago. I did not take part (too young)....I bet it would have been right up Cat Drivers alley though.
Eat another 32oz porterhouse..
Oh, great little airfield to spend a Saturday kicking tires at- Maize Field

The space Museum in Hutchinson (I'm not really interested in space travel and I really enjoyed this)
The aviation Museum @ the north end of the McConnell AFB was neat.
The downtown area looked cool, but we drove through on a Sunday during winter, not much going on.

If you're staying at the airport Hilton, they have an Aviator's lounge with snacks and drinks available 24 hours on the honor system. And free breakfast hosted by Wanda in the mornings, and happy hour with fellow aviators on Tuesdays upstairs (if I remember correctly).
I also recommend the short trip to Hutchinson for the museum visit. One of the most interesting air and space museums I've ever visited. It's near an Amish community so quite a contrast. There's a good chance you'll see a horse drawn carriage on the highway.
