If I were able to actually be in charge of aviation ETTW there would be the biggest house cleaning ever seen in any Federal department, it would make Ronald Regan's firing of the air traffic controllers look like a practice session.

And there would be an opportunity for any member of the industry to apply for a job in TC based on an evaluation of what you know and how you think.

And you would not be working in a cubicle as there would be no cubicles to work in.
