Ok I will try my question here. I posted in the General comments section but only got info that I already have. I want to know what kind of company UYJ is to work for, what do they do and who do they fly for? Is it the kind of company one gets employed by and never leaves? What do F/O's salary start at, and what do the captains end up topping out at? How long have they been around? I am looking for the kind of info that is more personal and first hand. Thanks in advance to every one for your replies!
