You guys, you guys....you all need a life! Bottom line is pretty simple. It's his airplane, he can ask for whatever qualifications he wants. Silly or not. Somebody pokes a little "fun" at a BC employer, and everybody crawls out from under their rocks and "sticks up" for BC. Rocks bad. Airplane soft. Bad rocks!

Those are some great pics .! I really enjoy the mountain flying, especially in BC. I did a trip up to Smithers a month or so ago and was really awe struck with the beauty of the whole place.
I'm not slagging the BC time, just the attitude SOME BC pilots have, and from my experience MOST operators out there will take any time in area 1 and 5 at face value. Really that time in 2, 3 and 4 can be serious mountain time in my view.
If you respect the rocks, the wx they can produce, and the extra care and attention required to safely navigate them both V and IFR then you will be a better driver all around regardless of which mountains you flew in.
