Perhaps on of the better kept secrets at YYZ. IMO, generally a great place to work! Fantastic jet equipment and great charter trips to unusual desinations across the globe. (also we have a turboprop, and one piston a/c based at YKZ airport) I'm on a jet myself and a typical day will find us potentially anywhere in Europe, South America, or anywhere in the Carribean / USA /Canada.

Miguel the owner has a reputation as being a fair-minded employer, and in my opinion, more than generous to his employees. He is in the process of setting up a detailed benefits program, that will make this rapidly-growing charter service even better to work at. Recently Image has acquired office/hangar space at the renovated Landmark Hangar 9 @ Pearson's executive side. The new digs are nice to work from!

Renumeration corresponds to an individuals experience, so quoting my wage would not be appropriate or necessary. Suffice to say it is on par with any other operation at Pearson. You can bring that up at the interview if you're fortunate enough to get a call. Hope I've answered your questions.

I didn't realize that it is the 1st of April today. You had me there for a second before I realized it was an April's Fools joke!!! NICE ONE! Yeah and I'm the TOOTH FAIRY!

If you are serious about wanting to work there I would strongly recommend getting in touch with people that used to work there and talk to them. I never worked for them, but know a few that did.

2nd guy -hmmm. You obviously have issues that I don't have or am aware of.

Could you honestly and objectively share your experiences? ...as it is your post leaves something of a bad taste in my mouth, and inaccurately portrays this company and therefore the professionals who are my co-workers.

Thx in advance.

Reasonable charter/management outfit. Equipment is average, not outstanding. It isn't "corporate" so don't expect corporate salaries and benefits.
Pretty clean show but PAINFUL to get a timely charter quote from. Best so far for me is 6 hours, worst was 1 1/2 days. That is your front line marketing guys. It needs to be addressed. If my people need uplift from YYZ, Image Air is last on my "last call list". That is just the business end though. They may be great to work for.

Thx for the feedback flyingphil !

1.5 days is not acceptable under most normal conditions. Miguel would be interested to hear that i'm sure. Have you mentioned it to him?
