I would have killed to fly 1200 hours a year back when I needed the time. Now that I don't need it, I'm at 1200 a year.
It is hard on the back the head, the hearing, the marriage, and the digestive tract.
Places where you get to go as a freight dog generally have crap coffee, and no convienient place to get food that humans can subsist on.
Jets generally have a schedule.
Jobs that you were in no way qualified to apply to without jet time are suddenly interested in talking to you.
Being qualified on a 1900 generally opens the doors to go to work for companies that don't pay, and don't compensate by allowing you the semblance of a life.
