Documentary - Pliots..Aviation..Our Friend..

Post by aaahaa »

How many of you would be interested to be part of a documentary? The focus would be on the path to becoming a commercial pilot.. And of course.. our good ol' friend Transport Canada! The list goes on eh..

What I could do is.. start with a short.. Let's say about 10 minutes or so.. And then depending on the feedbacks and suggestions.. Turn it into a full featured documentary.

Would some of you be interested for one-on-one interviews? I have been scoping around the forums for a few days and it seems there's a ton of things to cover. I am open for suggestions and ideas so that I can nail it down to a structured list.

Please open your heart and start pounding on the subjects you want to reveal to the general audience :)

I'm in I would love to talk about the road to the cushy job. That I was lucky enough to land (no pun intended) or anything else you need.
Of course as a pilot I love talk about myself 8)

I would want to have some sort of film noir little piece in there where the theme from Madame Butterfly plays and I sit in an empty room naked and crying.

"L'Aviation" by Desksgo...oooh la la.

Start off with those who have a webcam. Should be cheap enough to start with.

The average pilot, despite the somewhat swaggering exterior, is very much capable of such feelings as love, affection, intimacy and caring.
These feelings just don't involve anyone else.

The webcam does sound like a good idea to start with.. How many of you have it? As for the camera equipment.. I'm actually a small time documentary filmmaker on the side and equipped with the cool stuff to get rollin' :)

Do we have a list from 1 to 10 then we can punch on? I'm guessing some of the forum members are enjoyin' the weekend.. I hope most of you share some interesting moments and vent at the system that we have to deal with.
