How heated do you think the outbidding of Class IV instructors is going to get? $14.50/hr?

i've been offered $23/ an hour another guy got a job at a school offering $30.

Law of supply & demand

It's a about the law of supply & demand folks....

The economy is slowing down in the U.S, so demand might lower in the short run...
BUT
Baby boomers are retiring causing supply to go down...

Conclusion, "this job boom cycle" might just continue for th next few years or sooo???
I Imagine people wih 500Hrs getting into AC....how funny would that be???
