Was at CYKZ yesterday and saw the OPP highway safety division there checking out a PC-12. Don't know if that was related to their expansion.

It will most likely be another PC12, with some better equipment than there current one.

nope - its a 182 type machine (I don't know all those fancy cessnas from each other, all I know that its a bit bigger from a 172, and it's not a 206 or a taildragger).

Pretty cool looking machine though.

4 stroke the OPP uses only pilots currently on the force as regular police officers .they bring them into the air section and they have lots of pilots in their ranks . The RCMP hires civilian members if you are interested contact the O division

the cops already have licences and experience when they joined the force
