AC Cog Test

Post by pullup »

I'd really appreciate it if someone who has recently gone through the AC interview process could PM me and give me any info or insight into the cog test. I know that it isn't really something you can prepare for but I'd like to have as much info as possible so I have an idea of what to expect. Specific examples would be great.

You can't prepare for it.

Don't try and second guess it while you are doing it. Nobody gets perfect and the ones who fail are the ones who try too hard to "Beat It".

Get an old pong game and try to play it with a light pen! Actually it is pretty easy, all about remebering numbers, patterns and trying to keep a line centered on the screen etc.

good luck.

Try to have a good sleeping night to be alert, read the exercices rules, take your time. Time is counted, but i think you are better to be slower and right than faster but wrong. Don't forget to close your cellphone...

Good luck

If you don't have Adobe, do a Google search on "Cogscreen AE" and there is a link to an HTML version.
Cogscreen AE is what Air Canada uses.
