JAA Medical to TC Medical?

I've browsed through the CARs trying to find out if it is in some way possible to have my Canadian Class 1 Medical renewed if I show proof of my new European Medical.
Has anyone ever heard of a possibility to do this, or even done it?

Think you'll have to bite the bullet. You can save $55 by not paying transport though.
