I heard from a friend that it was very dark, cold and foggy. The Islander was coming out of the new UPS apron onto taxiway N7 across runway 26R onto M7 and right on Mike. The aircraft missed the right turn on Mike and just kept on going right into the ditch. The pilot has been working REX for just 1-2 weeks and the co-pilot 1-2 months. There big mistake was to be moving with the windshield fogged and didn't wait for their windshield to clearup. Very dark night, fogged windshield, moving fast in loww vis, just a disaster in the making.

beautiful....stupid tits.

I love to hear those damn regency idiots on the radio. Much like driving by a car crash.....painful to look at, but, a guy JUST HAS to look for the carnage.

oh come on people....trying to keep the entire wingspan on the right side of that yellow line can be pretty dodgey in low vis conditions.
