Moderators:
Is there any chance you guys can make a forum where people can post their video clips? I find that any time anyone sees a clip they like, they post it right there in General Comments, and then legitimate threads that are of some importance get shifted down the list and left behind on a count of some video of some kid landing on his head in a skateboarding accident, etc. There's no real need to have all of these links punctuating a legitimate forum, and taking up space. If people want to look at videos, let em go to the YouTube/Video forum and follow links to their hearts content. Just a suggestion.

That's a great idea... Other aviation bulletin boards are also setting up specific forums for these sorts of movies.
It has definately helped to clean out the regular forums and can also be a good way to locate those clips that ARE entertaining.

Careful when you are talking about posting YouTube links... even asking a simple question about them in these forums http://www.avcanada.ca/forums2/viewtopic.php?t=31575
can result in your own personal flame thread

Having a standard that pilots lose their licence after making a mistake despite doing no harm to aircraft or passengers means soon you needn't worry about a pilot surplus or pilots offering to fly for free. Where do you get your experience from?
