looking for Adivce for working in the Maldives

Good Day, I was looking for some advice about working or getting hired on down in the Maldives any help would be nice.

I'm assuming your looking to apply for a pilots position, manning the pay toilets..... not a great career choice.

There are 2 companies. Maldivian Air Taxi which is Borek and Transmaldivian Airways. You should be able to find all the info on their websites.

It all depends on what your qualifications are. If you are looking for an entry level copilot position then be prepared to sign a pretty lengthly contract for very little money.

If you have some experience and are looking for a Captain position then it depends whether you are looking for full time work or some part time contract work. The contract length is 2 months on 1 month off. You will be paid everyday you are in country and get 1 to 2 days off a week.

There are 2 companies both operate Twin Otters on floats. They are Maldivian Air Taxi (MAT). You can contact Kenn Borek Air for a job there as they do the hiring in Canada. The other is Trans Maldivian Airways (TMA). You can contact them through their website.
