online application and updating

Post by highlander »

I have had my application in for some time.

Recently I completed a course on a level d sim. I remember that one of the questions asked was aout sim experience.

Is there a way to update this info. I couldn't find it on workopolis. :?:

I'm trying to figure that out too. I just re-applied using a new name on workopolis and I didn't get the matrix questions when I sent my resume in.

Exactly!

I also re-applied with a new user-id which has been recommended in the past and there were no questions pertaining to 705 experience, FMS or level d sim experience as there was in the past.

Anyone have any info on this?

from what I hear you need to reapply when changing some of the matrix questions. Kinda stupid really.

Just a wild guess, but did you both make new usernames from the same computer?

I did use the same computer. I did create a new user-id. I didn't think the computer would matter?

Workopolis has given us a few headaches. They switched servers last month and the old matrix questions dropped off. The questions will be on again soon. In the meantime, I can simply take a resume(From workopolis - not personally sent) and pull the information to score in the matrix. If you ever have any computer issues or trouble with the site, simply click the help button on the top right of the workopolis site, then select job seeker support. They will help you with all your questions. Dave.

I got a reply from Workopolis and it appears that the WJ application is fixed or has been updated. I went to apply and it asked me the various questions.

Good luck to everyone!

When I hit the "pilot job" link on the Westjet site, I end up on a workopolos page that has the job posting, but it says "expired".

Amend that. If you hit "other westjet jobs" on that page, it lists the current pilot posting.
