Owner is Eric Stier, who is a decent guy. I heard he got burned a bit in the last year after PPCing a couple guys on the Navajo only to have them move on within a couple months. He's the only flying school in Prince George since Pioneer shut down. Their main base is Vanderhoof.
Re: Guardian Aerospace
any updated info on this company? pay, work condition etc
Re: Guardian Aerospace
Pay??
700-1500 per month a few yrs ago
8400-18000 per year, honestly you could be the nicest guy in the world and not keep people for that kind of money. Now if you're the nicest guy in the world, run a great op,have great maintenance and paid alot better you might keep someone. Last time I flew a ho, I made around the 48,000 mark that's respectable for that type of work.

Re: Guardian Aerospace
It does Suck but I think it was for part time navajo f/o mostly instructor... so you were working a 2nd job to make extra cash. However there is a whole whack of navajo ops in BC SK and prob the East Coast that pay way less than 40k for a capt and even less for F/O's It sucks but thats the way it is. It will continue to be this way when we have folks willing to work for next to nothingmbav8r wrote:Pay?? Last time I flew a ho, I made around the 48,000 mark that's respectable for that type of work.
You can always hold out for the Big Opportunities at CMA
