Hi everyone, I was contacted last week for an interview at AC under the
Unversity graduates program (18 months then choose a career).
I would like to know if anyone can please help me with the following two questions:
1) What will the interviews be like? I know that there are more than one and I will be going for my first one next week. What questions will they ask me?
2) Approximately how much do they start you off at in this program? I don't want to state a salary that they're not offering.

Are you applying for a management/administrative type postion?? Or as a pilot?
If the former, there may not be many replies, as most of us have gone the pilot route, and are not familiar with the hiring process "on the other side".
If the latter, well.......there are one or two threads dedicated to "that" discussion you may want to review.
