I know CMA is not for everyone and that the pay is crap but they did have alot of things to offer me and my family! I started there with 250 hours and I am now off to bigger and better things. I lived in some of the most beautiful places in the world and got to fly great equipment through those areas. I had a great schedule that kept me at home with the fam and I also didn't have to worry about losing my job every 6 months. I realize CMA has changed alot over the last few years but in my eyes they are still a great company. Just like Jazz money isn't everything!

Actually it is. That whole thing about money not being everything is just a lie perpetrated by people without any.

I'll have to agree with complexintentions. Money is a good thing and it has been absent from the pockets of many pilots in this part of the World for too long. It's been gone so long that people have found a myriad of ways to justify the lack of it. Money is good people and more importantly YOU DESERVE IT! Now go tell your CP no more peanuts. :D
