Don't have all you are asking for, but here's a start Mike:

TAF's & Metars:
http://www.acpa.ca/weather_caribbean.htm

partial enroute #1:

partial enroute #2:

http://www.worldweather.org/

What I've noticed enroute when flying down there, is that the enroute weather requests are not answered promptly, which has led me to believe that enroute controllers don't have ready access to a computer terminal etc. to query and read back to pilots. It has taken me more than an hour to get a simple request for a TAF or METAR answered for Bogata, one of the major destinations down there. My point here is that you should get a good handle on the wx before you launch. You may not get a wx update enroute.

Hopefully others can contribute to the above as well. If you're going down there for the first time, you may elect to utilize the services of a handler who can provide flight planning (wx/notams/ground services (like customs clearing etc.). They may save you expense and frustration in the end. Just a thought Mike. Here's a handler that I've used satisfactorily before:

Universal Weather and Aviation, Inc.
N. America Toll-Free:
(800) 231-5600 ext. 3300
Worldwide:
(713) 944-1622 ext. 3300
Fax:
(713) 943-4674 or ...
(Green Team Fax: (714) 943-4650)
E-mail:
sales@universalweather.com

Good Luck with the trip. Should be fun!
