I purchased an HP 6955 last August. It's been bulletproof. It has built in, a GPS, Bluetooth, Wifi, infrared, headset out put, and of course a phone. I use skype and and a multitiue of other programs in my everyday flying. I bought it on line for 575.00cnd and its an open phone, so I can use it easily overseas on a pay as you go. I've owned a few other Ipaqs and this one is definitely the best one. It also has an sd slot. Its not like the old ipaqs that lose everything if the battery goes dead. It uses a windows os and there is a TON of programs out there.
