Just wondering what the company is like?? I have heard good things! The reason I ask is because I am currently looking for work and I have a PA31 PPC. (lots of Northern experience) A buddy of mine said I would be a shoe in.

Call the Cheif Pilot. He is hard to catch but lays out all the information for you. Last time I talked to him the only direct entry hires where for the PC-12 (captain) and required 2000-3000hrs. He told me with less than the time to be captain it was ramp with a 2 year expected wait. Things change quick so I would call until you catch him and get the low down.
Good Luck

While we are on the topic......
What about pay, upgrades and schedules? They seem to be growing steadily and heard they are officially taking over some of the Jetstreams from Bar XH - just asking as I am a Jetstream guy looking for a change and they look pretty good. Thanks

To my knowlege they don't hire to the left seat of the ho. But if you have enough MPIC they might shaft someone for the left seat of the PC for you.
Pay below standard, time off non existent, schedule
However, they fly their nuts off. People who were on the ramp a year ago already have more time than I do, so who's to say pay and schedule are all that matters right?
