Where can I buy a CRJ-705 Type rating???

Post by DaBOMB »

Hey Folks!
Been busy negotiating with Jazz & they told me that I will fly a CRJ-705!
But I have to buy my type rating & earn 10k a year!

I told them, no problem! 10K is a lot of money & buying a type rating is the right thing to do!

The Jazz people told me, that I would jump ahead of all the senior people bidding for the spot!
I must be that good a pilot!!! :D

I told them that I have many friends out of school that are willing to do the same! They are extremely happy with me!

Things are really going well. Must be because I am an extremely good pilot.

Apparently Jazz has something to do with Air Canada???

Tongue-in-cheek humour. Which isn't really a point, unless you fail to see it.

DaBOMB is all that is holy and good about flying.

Good luck, my friend!

And yes, I'm pretty sure Jazz is sort of Air Canada. Their hats look just as cool.

daBomb thanks or the inspirational??? boost. You know when some clown on the 'net has to make up things about your place of employment to make it look bad that it probably isn't a bad place to work.

Thanks again

PS Instead of planning my investment strategy for retirement when I'm in my 30's (the books/financial planner meetings are boring) I will hang out with my kid and play hide and seek or maybe watch the game, cause someone else is looking after the investments to fund my +70k a year pension at Jazz.

DABOMB - Your the best!

I love it and keep it coming.
As much as you are an obvious joke, you still got 11 replies. 12 with mine.

As for the repliers, you feed the behavior. So blame yourself and keep your 2 cents for a change.

Score 1 for DaBomb.

Count mine as another post. I love the absolute stupidity of those that take you seriously. Keep up the good work.

And, please, read today's dilbert. It is so appropriate.

Asking a pilot about what he thinks of Transport Canada, is like asking a fire hydrant what does he think about dogs.

I too enjoy a good troll. I usually am an easy target for them too.
I do wonder though; why is it ok to bash Jazz all the time?
There are lots of companies out there which are absolutely horrible operations, run by crooks and idiots. They also pay poorly, or break promises, do any number of unsafe, dastardly deeds and have little or none of the benefits of working at Jazz.
Yet these companies (with very few exceptions) seem to enjoy some protection from the kind of commentary that Jazz receives on this site.
I'm not saying that Jazz is flawless, but if it is worthy of this kind of scrutiny / abuse, then why aren't we raking some of the truly sub-par companies out there over the coals?

I'd that it is either because they were turned down by Jazz or they are like how I was.

I had no intention of coming here, but I applied to get my name out. They called I took the job and haven't looked back. I love it here
