Feedback requested on flight college experiences

I am currently doing some research for a client who is a reputable college in Western Canada and in the start-up phase of an aviation certificate program. This program is designed to give pilots the real skills needed (not just flying, but job searching, career research, professionalism, etc) to succeed in a flying career of their choice.

For all of you currently in a program, or recently graduated, I would be interested in hearing about what you like, dislike or would change about your existing courses, program length or structure. What courses are missing? Do you like the way it is scheduled (ie: semesters, etc)? Is the opportunity there to complete some courses using online or computer-based modules?
